Shipping, Memo + Return Policies

Shipping Policy


We ship nationwide via Fedex or USPS. If you request any gems on Memo, we will quote you for shipping based on the method you select. If you decide to keep any gem(s) from your memo, we will add the shipping charge to your final invoice. If you decide to return any gem(s), we will invoice you for just the shipping charge. 

We always ship fully insured and all shipments will require an adult signature.


Memo Policy


We are happy to offer Memorandum shipments after at least one purchase, if requested. Memos must be returned or invoiced within 2 weeks of the shipment receipt, unless otherwise arranged directly with ANZA representatives. Invoices will be payment due upon receipt. 



Return Policy


We want you to be in love with your purchase. New (first-purchase) clients may return your gems for merchandise credit only within 14 days of receipt. Current clients may return gems for credit as well, and refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 


Jewelry may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days. 


For both gems and jewelry, your items must be in their original, unworn condition, with any accompanying documents enclosed to qualify for a return. 


For returns outside of our 14-day range, we can offer a credit towards any other gem(s), less the 10% donation fee which will go to Gem Legacy Initiatives. 


Custom cut or special order items are final sale. 


If you wish to return any items purchased from our website, please connect with us at orders@anzagems.com with the subject line: Return Request & describe your reason for returning. Please include your phone number, so we may follow up if necessary. 


Please note return shipping fees and insurance will be at your (the buyer’s) expense. We will provide detailed instructions regarding carrier, address, insurance value, etc. upon approval of a return submitted through orders@anzagems.com
